Attorney
Sarah originally hails from Kodiak, Alaska. She graduated from the Vivian Webb School of California for Girls in 2008 and started her college career at Loyola University of Chicago. Her undergraduate studies ultimately led her back to her home state of Alaska, when she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 with her Criminal Justice degree.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Sarah moved to Montana to attend the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school, Sarah served as the Vice President of the Rural Advocacy League, and President of the Criminal Law Group.
Since graduating from Law School in 2016, Sarah has lived and worked all over Western Montana. She began her career as a Public Defender and has handled a full felony caseload in over 10 counties around the State. In the spring of 2024, Sarah’s career took a different path when she and Webster decided to start a law practice of their own.
Sarah specializes in all areas of criminal law, with a primary focus on felony DUI’s, drug crimes, violent felonies, and sex assault defense. Sarah also practices family law and can assist in parenting plan and dissolution issues. Sarah is admitted to practice both in Montana State Court, and Montana Federal Court.
When not in the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids (and 3 dogs), doing anything outdoors. She is an official river rat and spends most of her time out on the water when she can.
